Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S&F 125mmx60mmx2mm thick pressed steel, frames for door with one or more rebates including filling and compaction with PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, incl necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including wooden texture finished paint on the frame surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polyster standard water proofing membrane, having 10 years guarantee for water tightness all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface, all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of Reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs, chajja, supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified (reinforcement to be measured & paid under respective items).

S&F Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified.

Demolition of Concrete is ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) completed at as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregrate laid over roof slab where required/directed by Engr-in-Charge after applying cement slurry for filling undulationations/ level course finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in floor/plinth protection, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 mtr and every change of direction and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound, incl finish even and smooth w/o using extra. cement.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, getting out in soft/loose soil etc., in luding trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced) 150mm dia set in cement mortar all as spd and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class N P-2, laid and jointed complete with collars layring over concrete bed for 150mm in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under,haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M & L proving pre cast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing cover slab for main holes chullah hoods chajjas water toughs manger shelves and similar articles with plain faces setting in CM (1:6) all as spd and directed. Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as spd and directed

M&L for rubber molded cement concrete factory made coloured glazed interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, pattern and colour as approved by GE and over and inclduing 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings all completed as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring any type including battens if any except for ceiling or where not feasible for light/ fan//bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixture such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch DBs of any description of an size in any position complete all as specified.

Taking down submain wiring including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old light fittings any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with single core PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, with all conduit accessories, screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring in walls and casing capping on ceiling or roof) including pressed steel terminal sunken boxes/metal box suitable for modular fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover / modular plate of suitable size with new brass screws for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for:-

(a) One light / fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One 5 pin 5 Amp switch socket out let point on an independent board.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep and size and deposite in E/M store all as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any size and refixing the same after repairing work duly painted with smoke grey paint and fixing with all reqd accessories as reqd at ste and connection complete.

Hanging only ceiling fans ( 1200/1400 mm) sweep and exhaust fan 450 mm sweep ( as retrived from item above) including connected with 3 core copper cable of size 1.5 sq mm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Testing repairing and replacement of necessary item such as winding, bearing bush, shaft, downrod etc of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep and refixing carefully of the same by providing connected accessories such as washers, pins, top & bottim conopy, down rod and removing the rusted area with emery paper and spray painting of existing colour including connectin up with three core flexible PVC insulated copper conductor (multistranded) cable of size 1.5 sq mm from ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of building security light fitting, LED type, 20 Watt, 6000 K with IP-65 proteciton, pressure dia cast housing with prismatic polycarbonate & indvl LEDs as light source with integrated electronic driver complete with M&L GI pipe mounting bracket of size 25/32 mm dia and 1.20 m long fixed to wall with and including nut, bolts and GI clamps of size 50 x 6 mm as required including two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer and making connection with three core 23/.0076 rubber insulated copper cable from ceiling rose to connector of street light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 6.0 Sqmm (FRLS) copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable medium grade including PVC conduit (appropriate size) concealed in wall for sub main connection including 6.0 Sqmm (FRLS) PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly all as specified. M & C for applying one coat painting to existing steel structure of solar water heating system 500 Ltrs capacity including all supports with super enameled paint of approved colour all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement heating elements of Capacity not less than 3 KW for Solar water system of any capacity including making connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for gas welding of leaking Copper tubes of solar collectors at different places complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal gate valve ISI Marked with crutch or butter fly handle for 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable PVC water storage Tank and supply and fixing in replacement of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank cylinderical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed of 250 ltrs capacity including all inlet,outlet,overflow,washout etc system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make : Sintex/Rotex/Laxmi Note : (i) The water storage tank shall be two layers HDPE tank moulded to seam-less perfection of rotational moulding process polythylene and shall be certified fit for potable water.(ii) The tank shall be with two layered wall and shall be ISI marked. Also refer para 18.60 and 18.61of MES schedule Part-I.

Supply and fixing in replacement Insulated Hot water pipe GI medium grade, ISI marked, 15 mm bore including all fittings and fixing arrangements by taking out insulation & re- insulation as per manufacturer's recommendations all as specified and directed. NOTE : New insulation will be done with proper packing of galss wool,wire mesh and stainless steel SS 304 where required as per site requirement, insulation will be carried out with no extra cost on the item of schedule and will be measured and paid under this item of schedule).

Supply and fix switch piano flush type 15 amp single pole one way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix USB charger - 01 module 1500MA indpendent point including point wiring with copper wire 1.5sqmm complete with all accessories complete as as specified and directed.

Note: Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 873085.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived at the time of Acceptance of contract.
