Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth of trenches for laying of pipe lines and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 mtr and n.exc 3.0 mtr in depth of trenches for laying of pipe lines and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) at a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry sand as in cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layers as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection cover of UG cable by using old size sub class 'B' common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of the brick and gap between adjacent brick n.exc 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole/stay/strut, filling and mass cocrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, copings, pole pedestals, plinth courses and the like including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing steel tublar swaged pole 11 mtr long and S&F steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts & screws as specifed all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Earth work and PCC in foundation/ coping/ padestal shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Poles shall be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally upto planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior surface shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling old ACSR conductor service feeder distribution span and S&F new ACSR conductor of any type and size straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each pole in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement and payment shall be made for horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and 3 % extra for sag, jointing jumper etc.

Dismantling of old unserviceable disc type insulator and S&F new disc type porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 145mm height and 255 mm dia, ball and socket type two in series assembly for tension with tension clamp, for 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable pin type insulator and S&F new pin type porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator of size 150mm height and 150mm dia for 11000 volt grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle and two galvanized iron washers and nut etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for toping up of transformer oil in transformers, having die electric strength not less than 45 KV (at 2.5 mm gap) high voltage as per IS specification of low viscosity. Make : Power link/Power-oil /Savita . Note : Dielectric strength test should be carried out by the contractor at site before pouring/filling in oil in transformers. Contractor have to arrange the dielectric testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost. The oil found with under specification will not be accepted.

S&F XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 sq. mm 3½ core core all as specified and directed.

S & F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sq. mm 3½ core core complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT electric connection of outdoor/indoor transformer of capacity upto 320 KVA by opening of top cover and draining out oil from transformer upto bushing level and rectify minor repair inside or out side of the transformer like tightening LT or HT bushing, oil leakage from LT bushing etc at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate is deemed to be inclusive of all T& P like HT/LT Megger, crane for lifting and man power etc. Transportation shall be paid under separate item. After opening the Transformer, list of defective/unserviceable parts to be prepared jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and the contractor.

Draining out complete oil from transformer of capacity up to 320 KVA at site which found major repair and storage the oil in suitable dry container and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection and lowering/fixing of core assembly in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate is deemed to be inclusive of crane and man power for lifting (ii) container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use. (iii) Transportation shall be paid under separate item. (iv) After opening the Transformer, list of defective/unserviceable parts to be prepared jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and the contractor.

Transportation of unserviceable transformer of up to 320 KVA capacity to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing/maint /rewinding from workshop complete all as specified and directed.. Note : (i) Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power. (ii) Major items required for maint and winding work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item (iii) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 25 days duration. (iv) In case the defective/ unserviceable transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 25 days from the date of handing over to contractor ; a panel recovery @ Rs. 1000/- per day will be charged from his dues.

M & L in repairs for rewinding of HT/LT coils with copper wire/strip DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including requisite insulating paper/material in each layer of winding after taking down old existing winding of HT/LT coils complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. the rate quoted against these items is inclusive necessary provision and cost of all types of insulating materials and heating/ varnishing etc. 2. The contractor shall furnish one year written guarantee from the certified date of completion of repairs of the transformer.

Supply and fixing in renewal porcelain vitrous brown transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass stud conical bush and gasket suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 320 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of porcelain vitrous brown LT 1100V transformer bushing including brass studs conical bush and gasket suiatble for indoor/outdoor transformer of the capacity 50 KVA to 320 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of silica get breather assembly with vent pipe and new silica gel suiatble for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 90 degree lug boot for HT terminals on each phase for protection of the HT terminals from moisture/dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Oil temperature gauge dial type, required for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe 80 mm dia light grade for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting GOD of capacity 11 KV, dismantling of GOD for complete repair & overhauling, checking the serviceablity of spares & operating mechanism, replacement of defective/worn out spares for making the GOD functional including operating mechanism, oiling, greasing of moving parts, fine settting of mechanism making the GOD perfect operational in manual mode complete all as specified and directed. Note:- New spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Schedule ‘A’ as supply only.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 11 KV post type insulator including nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable air break gang operated switch vertically mount and S&F new triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulator & steel frame and operating mechanism from ground level for current rating upto 200 amps of 11 KV complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, suitable for 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for on load centrifuging and dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine electric operated without any shutdown of transformer including testing oil sample for dielectric strength before and after dehydration and filtration oil as specified and directed Note: (i) Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid for separately. Oil test report shall be submitted for before and after dehydration to Engr -in- charge (ii) Contractor have to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost . Contractor shall use mobile filtration plant with all accessories for different locations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer 11 KV, 415 V (50 to 320 KVA) indoor / outdoor type installed at 4 pole structure or on floor including cleaning, scrapping of exposed surfaces and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade with spray machine including writing MES No. and Machine No. with black paint with letter size 15 mm wide and 50 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of two pole structrure made of steel tubular pole of 11 mtrs long including protection pipes, cross arms, clamps, climbing devices, etc. and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparion of old painted surface of four pole structrure made of steel tublar pole of 11 mtrs long including protection pipes, cross arms, clamps, climbing devices, etc. and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and preparation of HT overhead line pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets ,cross arms and making red & white strips with synthetic enameled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enameled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enameled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair/replacement for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) complete all specified and directed.

Pruning / trimming of tree branches not more than 100 mm dia surrounding 3.0 mtr wide all around the LT/HT overhead line, cleaning the site and removing the cutted branches outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F outdoor type cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable complete with all accessories and jointing materials suitable mounting on channel/angle iron with and including cable pieces of suitable size length and line type vice for 3 core 50/95 Sqmm XLPE HT cable (kit shall not be older than 3 months from the date of manufacture) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel stay assembly complete with stay rod 20mm dia including stay wire 7/3.15 mm fixed for stay of poles including necessary MS clamp of flat iron 50x6mm, nuts & bolts etc complete including dismantling of stay assembly from site and making good as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & PCC in foundation / coping shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Dismantling of old rusted cross arms etc and S&F new cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates etc, fabricated from structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending to shape, drilling holes etc and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and complete overhauling and calibration of 11 KV VCB (04 Nos) including dismantling of Vaccum intrrrupter bottel, trip coil,closing coil, Auxilary switch, spring limet switch,braker limet switch mechanical parts, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226, greasing all moving parts, fine setting of mechanism and reassembly of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board decarburization of all joints, metal parts and making VCB perfect operating condition including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and Servicing of HT,11 KV,VCB by drawing out from panel chamber including removing carbon deposits from moving/fixed contact points,greasing and tightening all fixed and moving contacts for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.
