Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rock chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within a lead of 20 mtrs. pick jumper work 50% each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 sand: 8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement:5 sand:10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) with 15% plums and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall size of plums shall usully be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD /IPH specifications & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 6 : 12( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks 2nd class in super structure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb lock, jamb beed and if required angles threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base tiles of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjuctable lungs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but hings 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as profile-A with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws I) 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutter using wood & galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G with wire of 0.56 mm for doors windows with necessary screws with deodar wood. (2nd class).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concretre and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in floor upto 200mm thickness.

Beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Edges of slab and breaks in floor & walls under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Lintels , beams , girders , bressumers and cantilevers up to all floor levels

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40 mm thick in all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 sand). Ruled

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size will rammed and consolidated /and grouted with fine sand including prperation of ground.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c cutting , bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt, and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint other than white with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other forign matter in walls in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand manufacturer and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamp (Type I of 16 mm dia MS bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion complete in all resoect.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium fittings of anodised transparent and shade with necessery screws etc. complete:-

P/F PVC pipe 80 mm dia for weep holes 2.00 metre centre to centre horizontally and 1.00 metre centre to centre vertically.

Providing and fixing 1.80 metre high fencing with 2.5 metre angle iron posts 2.50 metre centre to centre with 9 horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire as per IS 278-1962 type I weighing 9.38 kgs per 100 metres (minimum) strained and fixed to post ). I/C earth work , C.C. 1:3:6 (0.45x0.45x0.55 size pit), MS angle 50x 50x 6 mm etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint in beams, Channel angles and tees and similar works with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
