Design, Fabrication, Supplying of stain less steel (SS 304) Outdoor double door type Feeder Pillar suitable for 400A, 3ph & N, 440volts, 50Hz capacity, IP54 Busbar copper with 1 no 400A I/c MCCB & 6 nos -100A O/G MCCB as per Technical specifications.

Installation, commissioning and testing of Feeder Pillar - Making of brick masonry plinth suitable for fixing of feeder pillar 0.6 mtr above the ground level and 0.6 mtr below the ground level and fixing of Feeder pillar on plinth by using stain less steel bolts and nuts, etc complete.

Design, supply of outdoor type stain less steel SS304 high mast control panel of size 600(W)x760(H)x210(D)mm with rain canopy, single door type with cam lock door sealing gasket and gland plate with required openings etc. material 2mm thick and mounting plate 2.5mm thick comprising the following components with control wiring 10 sqmm copper wire for lighting circuit and 2.5 sqmm copper wire for motor circuit and termination with suitable lugs complete as per technical specifications.

Installation, commissioning and testing of high mast control panel. Making of brick masonry plinth suitable for fixing of control 0.6 mtr above the ground level and 0.6 mtr below the ground level and fixing of panel on plinth by using stain less steel bolts and nuts etc complete.

Making of end terminations with supplying of suitable gland, lugs, crimping the lugs at both sides in the feeder pillars and at the Mast with supplying and fixing of all required hardwares complete.

Laying of 3.5c x 25 sqmm and 3.5c x 120 sqmm cable

Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe 50 mm OD and 38 mm ID including all accessories in existing trench for drawing the cable.

Digging the trench 0.6 mtr deep and 0.3 mtr wide in hard soil refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc complete.

Supplying and laying of semi circular RCC,

C-cut pipe of 150 mmdia, 25 mm thickness and 1mtr length.

Supplying and fixing of 32 A SP MCB
