OD533959/2025-2026:Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning of 20KW / 25 KVA Silent, Diesel Generator set on the platform 2.7m high from the ground level using crane after removing the temporary roof at the top, with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms with required control devices , protection schemes, as per technical details given below 1. Engine, a) Make of Engine - Cummins /Kirloskar/Caterpillar Engine model X2.6 GI radiator cooled, developing 41.2BHP at 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories and coupled to b) Alternator Satmford/BHEL/Leroy Saumer rated at 20KW / 25KVA at 415V mounted on channel Iron base frame Complete with fuel tank of 85 litres capacity with 12V battery set, standard and manual control system. c) Type of Engine - Diesel Engine, d) No. of Cylinders - As per manufactures standards. e) Method of Cooling - Water cooled with radiator. f) Aspiration Turbo charged after cooled. 2.Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling b) Close Coupling c) Air cleaner d) Radiator with fan provided with fan guard. i) Exhaust silencer j) Exhaust Muffler k) Battery charger/Generator 3. Engine Instrument Panel with the following items a) Starting switch with key or button b) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. c) Water temperature gauge. d) RPM Indicator with hour meter e) Battery charging Ammeter 4. Safety Controls for Engine a) Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b) Trip for high water temperature. Voltage regulation band - +/-5% of rated voltage 7. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. Automatic Battery charger Standard Control Panel 63A, MCCB with all standard accessories such as Ammeter, Volt Meter, Frequency Meter, etc. Necessary measuring CT's of appropriate ratio and burden for the required meters Push button switch for ON/OFF - 1 set Solid state phase indication lamp for supply ON/OFF with HRC protection. Metallic DNB - 1No 10,Supply and providing inbult Battery charger suitable for 25KVA DG set ,11 Tools kit .The DG should have warranty of 3 years from the date of installation.

OD533967/2025-2026:Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required :50 mm dia
