Earth work in excavation by mechanical means( Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. all kind of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and fixing precast chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6 mm, laid on floors, footpath & courtyard on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete. In light shade using white cement.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plaster surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work (two or more coats), over and including a priming coat of cement primer to give an even shade complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colors and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) Size of tile 60x60 cm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 60x60 cm

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work uoto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

12 mm cement plaster of mix: In cement mortar 1 : 3 (1cement : 3 fine sand).
