Cutting in earth work all kinds of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of any metres such as pick work , jumper work, pick work,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(Three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(Thirty millimeter into thirty millimeter into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and pain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per direction of Engineer-in charge in: Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttersses plinth and string courses and the like

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (fourty millimetre) nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (fourty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level includingarises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm (fifteen centimetre) wide 45 cm (forty five centimetre) overall semicircular plain G.I.sheet Gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm(forty five milimetre) size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per the design and scope of work Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in leads,lifts and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreignmatter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrubers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming pant brushing red leadred oxide/zinc oxide chrome as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.

Applying Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing plinth protection 50mm (Fifty millimetre) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement : three sand : six Graded stone aggregated 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mix finishing surface of concrete smooth as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (Seventy Five millimetre) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
