Dismantling of existing CC block pavement including transporting and stacking usable block along road side and dispose unusable blocks outside PWD land or desired by Engineer (NS)

Providing and laying 150 mm granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note:- 1 Only crushled metal meterial should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufactruing shall be approved by engineer.

Relaying old CC block over 25 mm thick fine sand including transportation from road side where stacked excluding cost of CC Block. On end edging of IPB and complete in all respect as per specifications (NS)

Providing and alying 80mm thick Marked interlocking paver blocks ISI marked (IS code)15658,2006) of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 as per IRC SP: 63-2004, over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect.. (HSR 10.159)

Preparation of berms including filling of earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, and including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section -9. Note:- No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/ depths/ storeys/ basements etc. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement (HSR 18.22)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cemetn concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level Cement content considered in this items is @ 330 kg/cum. (HSR 10.73) Note:- In case cement content of the Design Mix is more than the specified in above items, nothing extra will be paid for extra cement to be consumed. In case cement content of the design mix is leass than the specified in above items, then less cement used as per design mix is recoverable spearately as per base rates.

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 Mtr.s depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 Mtr.s. (HSR 6.6)

Cement concrete 1; 2 ; 4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.41)
