Authorized dealers have to submit either tender specific authorization or authorization letter with proper validity period (more than DP) or valid authorized distributor certificate with their offer, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

   Failure consequences: In case the firm fails to execute the contract within the original delivery period, the purchaser will be entitled to impose liquidated damages for extension of delivery period. For any reason, if the supplier fails to supply goods as per the conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have the right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by the way of penalty, an amount equal to 10% of the defaulted order amount. These damages shall be treated as recoveries outstanding against the vendor and dealt with accordingly.
