Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1. Dismantling of the FIP and injectors:- a. Removal of the fuel injection pump from the engine. b. Dismantling of all associated components of the fip, including injectors, to facilitate repairs. c. Cleaning and preparation of parts for inspection and repair. 2. Inspection and identification of damaged components:- a. Detailed inspection of the fip and injectors to identify wornout or damaged parts. b. Preparation of a list of parts that require replacement or repair. 3. Replacement of damaged components:- a. Procurement and fitting of new nozzels, elements, D valves , roller bearing, T roller, T pins, Swindling lem, Bearing bushes, and flyweight assly identification during inspection. 4. Repair and calibration of FIP and injectors:- a. Precision repair of the FIP and injectors to ensure optimal performance. b. Calibration of the repaired FIP to meet the required spesifications. 5. Reassembly of components:- a. Assembly of the repaired FIP and injectors. b. Fitting the FIP back into the engine. Material Required:- Nozzel-04 nos, Element-04 nos, D valve-04 nos, Roller bearing-01 no, Roller Bearing-01 no, T roller-04 nos, T pin-04 nos, Swindling lem-01 no, Bearing bush-02 nos, Flyweight assly-01 no. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
