Earth work in excavation All kinds of soil by mechanical means in trenches for foundations (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, all lift , including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:

Providing and laying stone soling duly hand packed in maintaning level and section including ramming and carriage of the same up to site of work complete.

Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement:4 Corase sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Corase sand: 3 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Corase sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level
