Providing SS Rectangular Signage Boards 23 Nos at Various locations for Swachh Survekshan - 2025 in RMC.

Manufacture Supply and Erection of Stainless Steel Signage Boards "Rectangular shaped with one end arrow " of size 900x 600 mm of height not less than 2100mm to the bottom of the signage from the ground level. that includes 1) The board shall be made using SS 316 grade where the outer rectangular frame was formed using 32mmx32mmx1.5mm section within which an inner frame was welded with 25mmx25mmx2mm for fixing the the signage board sheet. This set to be fixed to vertical support post -2 Nos equally spaced of height 2100mm above the ground level including 600 mm below the ground level & 150mm over the rectangular frame and shall be provided sizes 63mmx63mmx2mm confirm to IS Specifications SS 316 grade 2) The signage shall be of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheet of 4mm thick should have 0.5mm of Aluminium skin on both sides of polyethylene core of Aluco bond/Deltyn or equivalent make as per IS 736 -Material Designation 24345 or 1900 and fitted to the SS posts inner frame using the rivets to hold firmly 3) This ACP sheet shall be pasted with VHB tape 4991 Retro Reflective vinyl printing conforming to type XI make 3M or equivalent standards of ASTM D 4956-09 & as per IRC 67-2012 for full back ground of blue colour & white letters, "RMC" logo as directed by the departmental authorities 3) This board shall be fixed to the extruded SS post using the Bolts, Nuts and Washers High Strength Bolts shall confirm to IS 1367 4) The board shall be finished to Matt (or) Satin finish polishing should be diagonally matching at each corners 5) The post shall be fabricated such that no hole at welding places/ welding mark should not be visible. It should be properly grinded and finished 6) The SS base plate of size 100mmx100mmx10mm shall be wellded to the vertical SS post with 18mm dia holes - 4Nos provided such that the board can be fixed using the base plate or a 40mmx40mmx1.5mm SS rod may be welded to the bottom to affix firmly iin the Concrete. 7) This board shall be transported to the worksite, duly excavating the trench of size 300mmx300mmx600mm size, placing the board, filling of concrete of 1:2:4 mix complete includiing all the costs of material, transportation, concreting, fabrication, designing, fixing , labour, loading, unloading charges complete as directed by department authorities.
