RequiredThe bidder must have supplied the same material mentioned in the schedule of material to Ball Tube Mills 4760/4472 to Thermal Power Plants like M/s.NTPC/TGGENCO/APGENCO/State Thermal Power Plants/Private Thermal Power Plants. Bidder must submit relevant purchase order copies as documentary proof.

RequiredIn case of any defects during the guarantee period, the bidder shall promptly carryout remedial measures to correct any defect at site or replace at free of cost. Guarantee for the replaced material shall be period of 12 months from the date of replacement.

RequiredThe Compounds offered must be Guaranteed/Warranted for satisfactory performance for a period of 18 months from the date of dispatch/12 months from the date of putting into service whichever is earlier, against the manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship.

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.

RequiredGST registration certificate

RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.

RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
