Distempering(one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufature and of required shade, on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 2mm (Two millimetre) thick PVC antistatic venyl Flooring plain or coloured, carbed or mosaic/metalled finish laid with approved adhesive on sub-floor (damp proofing treatment to be paid for separately) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Extra for every subsequent coat of paint with enamel paint other than white complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Steel work welded in built up sections SAIL/TISCO/JINDAL trusses and framed work, composed of grating Framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar work in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. In grating framed guard bars, ladders, raiting, brackets and similars works.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture enamel (Narolac/Asian paints) other than white and of approved shade brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work of Jindal/Hindalco for door and window ventilators and partitions wall frames extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ Neroprene felt etcetra Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing specifications, design and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive for carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive for carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 8mm (Eight millimetre) thick cement bonded fyber board for lining in walls of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 19mm (nineteen millimeter) thick water proof anti termite commercial board ISI marked make of century ply or its equivalent in shelves/ box for cup board with butt joints and fixing with nails and screws etcetera complete as per drawing and design as per HPPWD specifications or as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government
