| 1.01 | The quoted rate shall be the total monthly (per month) cost for providing General Pest Control, Mosquito Eradication, Termite Control and Rodent Control Services at Rampurhat Government Medical College & Hospital, inclusive of the deployment of at least one (01) field worker during the prescribed working hours, with all statutory liabilities to be borne by the successful bidder.
The Financial Bid shall be submitted only in the prescribed Excel-based BOQ format, and no modification or deviation from the prescribed BOQ shall be permitted.
