REPAIR/MAINT TO INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCKS, CHEQUERED TILES AND HARD STANDING AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF B/R AND E/M SERVICES INSTALLATIONS AT TECHNICAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA OF IRDE UNDER GE(I) RND DEHRADUN

Demolition of stone slab and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortor of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finish rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of anay description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floor complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection /floor finished even and fair incl making expansion joints and filled with bitumen and sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:2:4 etc type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) pavement/ramp/floor finsihed even an smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoos, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves an similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work , & set in Cement Mortar ( 1:4 ) complete all as specified an directed.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar, 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape require, incluing cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns ,hooking endsa and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
