Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, copper conductor unsheathed FRLSHH cable 1100 Volts grade ISI marked with valid CML No. single core multistranded cable in and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and accessories ISI marked with valid CML No. (IS-9573-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419: 1976 for conduit accessories) and including 2 mm thick MS sheet/ pressed steel sunken boxes (earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint / aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paints over a coat of red oxide primer externally covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches sockets and fan regulators etc including 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed FRLSHH cable single core multistranded cable as earth continuity wire for one light point controlled by one switch, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan 450/350/300mm sweep, painting of fan complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Glossy finish) over a coat of primer by spraying including preparation of surface, filling cavities and refixing the fan and connecting up including provision of cable (copper wire) from ceiling rose in connector to fan 230V complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Three runs of 4 Sqmm (FRLSH) copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. The quoted rate shall be inclusive for taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring.
