Anti erosion (A/E) measures to protect the Kulshi river of Bholabari area under SOPD-G for the year 2022-23.

Light jungles: Clearing light jungles and trees up to 50 cm girth including cutting, uprooting roots and stumps, removing them from the site of the work etc. complete as directed. (When 30% of the area is covered by shrubs trees etc.)

Collection of river boulder of size 23 cm to 30 cm in average and minimum weight 30 Kg having i. Specific gravity not less than 2.65, ii. Aggregate Chrushing < 30% (Wearing) & < 45% (Non - wearing) iii. Impact Value (%) max < 30% (Wearing) & < 45% (Non - wearing) and iv. Abrasion Value (%) < 30% (Wearing) & < 50% (Non - wearing) (Materials conforming to IS 2386 part III & IV 1963) free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at site, monopoly, etc. complete as directed. (10% under sized (not less than 10 cm) boulder is allowable for packing/filling the gaps occurred during execution of works) Complete as directed. (15% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void).

Earth work in excavation by hydraulic excavator to proper grade and slopes as required including utilizing the spoils for filling works in the vicinity including removing roots & vegetation, dressing to desing section complete as directed. Ordinary Soil, for depth up to 3.00m.

Hexagonal Wire Netting Roll made of 8 SWG wire triply twisted 152 mm mesh of size 15.24 m × 3.66 m longitudinal. Weight of each roll should not be less than 83 Kg/roll.

Supply of Galvanized Wire Netting Sheet made of 8 SWG wire 152 mm square mesh in sheet 2.57 m × 1.66 m with longitudinal wire at 152 mm centre and 76 mm projection of each wire on all sides eyond the net size of 2.42 m × 1.5 m having knots of 12 SWG at every joints, weight of each sheet should not be less than 6.3 Kg/sheet.

Labour charge for dumping of boulder in sausage made of hexagonal wire netting rolls of size 15.24m × 3.66m (Supplied by the Deptt. Free of cost) cutting the netting as required making the sausage by tying the projected end with 8G. Wire including supplying and tying the wire at every joint after filling the sausage with boulder properly and launching in a place as directed including all handling charge and local carriage of boulder and wire netting rolls from a distance upto 150m complete as directed. Labour charge for dumping boulder in cage made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57m × 1.66m of 8G. galved. Wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheets (wire netting sheets to be supplied by the Deptt. Free of cost within 150m of the work site) filling boulders inside the cage, launching the same in position as directed including all handling charges and including site carriage of boulder from stack yard/ dump site within a distance of 150m etc. complete as directed. (Wire netting sheets to be supplied by the Department free of cost) (Without both).

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel etc. from the approachable site beyond 150m and up to 3.00km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.

Carraige of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 × 1.66 m made of 8 G wire of 152mm sq mesh including loading and unloading, stacking cost of POL, etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman completed as directed (Distance from Divisional store to work site = 20 km @ Rs. .29/km/No.).

Construction of temporary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5m apart driven at atleast 0.75m below ground and height above plinth 2.5m. Split Jati bamboo wall mud plastering white washing 2 coats, 10cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame placing at 0.15m clear apart fitted with bamboo frame binding with wire etc. Complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos./ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00 nos./Rm)

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 2.00m with M-30 grade of cement concrete conforming to IS 1343 : 2012 using super-plasticizer @1.2 lit/bag of cement with graded broken coarse aggregates up to 20mm size down conforming to IS 10262 : 2009 & IS 456 : 2000 and reinforced with 4 Nos. of 4 mm dia high tensile steel wire cable/strand with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile strrups at 250mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of size 16 mm dia at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 Nos. of holes of size 16mm dia at 65 mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (twenty one) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack uard within a distance up to 50 km including loading, unloading & stacking complete as directed.

Labour charge for launching of PSC porcupine including carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching erection of the porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, Supply & fitting/fixing with 12mm dia 25 cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed (lead upto 150m). Launching without boat.

Carriage of PSC pocupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 2.00m from stack yard to work site including loading, unloading & stacking. (Distance from stackyard to work site = 1 km).
