M&L factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F flush shutters 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of capacity exc 250 litre and not exceeding 1000 litre & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2mm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- unit rate shall be included to make small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union etc .

SCH 'A' SECTION-II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, calling bell etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall surfaces and on surface on ceiling surfaces and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. and making smooth the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and fixing LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 9-12 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, Aluminum housing, surge protection including driver & LED lamp etc complete with three core all accessories connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED batten light fitting 1x20-22 watt, 220 volt AC decorative, 4 feet, 6500K, aluminium housing with integrated electronice driver including tube rod cool/warm white industrial model complete connecting with three core copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED Bldg Security Light Fittings of capacity 40 -45 watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coated with cover heat resistance glass safety input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, industrial model with IP-65 protection and other connected accessories including service bracket of GI pipe 32 mm bore medium grade of length 0.9 mtr with MS clamps, bolts, nuts, and washers and suitable reducer for connecting fitting to GI pipe as required at site and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on mild steel work and making electrical connection, including disconnecting and taking down existing old U/S fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure Vertical triple pole & neutral (VTPN) with and including MCCB 125 Amp, 4 pole thermal and magnetic release as in incomer for 415 volts 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, necessary PCC work and making smooth the disturbed after removing old Unserviceable MCB DB surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 240 volt, 6 to 32 amps, 10 KA 'C' curve as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCB single pole and netural, 240 volt, 32 to 40 amps, 10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in reapir sheet metal MCB DBs 12 way, single pole and neutral, double door, IP 43, as per IS 8623 with 200 Amps fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing reversible doors, PAN assembly for essy installation fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, necessary PCC work and making smooth the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 'C'series as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire earth lead of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion .

S & laying as in repair sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall and surface on ceiling in PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Fixing only existing serviceable LED light fittings of any capacity / description after cleaning as in repair including connecting with three core copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable switch board/AC boxes including sunken boxes of any size/description and S & F GI modular sunken boxes alongwith modular cover plate and top cover for housing the modular switches/sockets, concealed after mason work and connecting for 1or 2 module complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
