Any authorization to operate a facility for collection, receipt, treatment, storage, transportation disposal of Bio Medical Waste at common Bio Medical waste treatment and disposal facility, specified in the Rule under environment (Protection) Act 1986 and read with Bio Medical Waste (Management and Handling) Rule 1998 from KSPCB, CSPCB etc
