Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 301,302,303 and 305 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites,through all modes of transportation of useful material including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machinery, materials, tools equipment safty measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ or labour if required . Any Loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of all the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,toll tax, Goods and service tax , worker welfare cess royality or any other taxes, levy or cessin respect input for or out put by this contract shall be payable by the contractor .The recovery of useful stones for 8909.21 cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- ( Rupees Three hundred ) per cubic metre shall be done on pro-rate basis from each running bill for this item.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 with any lead as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 305 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of MORTH Technical Specification Table 300-2 as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 305 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm (three hundred millimetre), removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to any lead including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) in thickness as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 201 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, brick masonry and all kinds of cement concrete work, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 202 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 4001-01 and 400- 2) by mix in place method, normal construction of granular sub-base by providing Coarse Graded Material and material obtained from existing granular surface , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401of MORTH as per Technical Specification 2013. Using naturally occuring fresh granular sub base and scarified WBM used in GSB material by adding 30 (thirty) percent fine agrgegate including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-12 and 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical wet mix plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with all leads and lifts as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.600 kg ( Zero point six zero zero Kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.200 kg ( Zero point Two zero zero Kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with prepared bituminous surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty)TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder with VG-30 (thirty) @ Min. 4.0 to 4.5 (four to four point five percent) percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects of MORT&H Specifications 2013 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick as per MORTH specification 2013 clause No. 507, with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler as per MORTH specification 2013 table 500-16 and 500-17, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 2013 clause No. 507 complete in all respects including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Earth work in Excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORTH technical specification 2013 Clause 304 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and upto lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimetes) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts & other incidentals . The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 (two hundred fifty) gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORTH technical specifications clause 803 and IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing rainforced cement concrete M-15( M- fifteen )gradewith minimum cement content 275 kg (Two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic meter with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Milimeter)nominal size. kilometer stones of standard design as per IRC :8 fixed in position including painting and printing etcetra. as per MORTH technical specification 2013 Clause 804. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm (eighty to hundred centimetre) high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm (fifteen centimetre) wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm (eighty inot one hundred millimetre) rectangular or 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and as per MORTH technical specifications 2013 clause 805 and drawings. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Road Cat Eyes complete as per drawing and technical specification 2013 clause 805 of MORT&H Specifications 2013 and Cat Eyes - ABS Plastic Type confirming to IRC /ASTM code of make 3M or Averydension direction of the Engineer. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and erecting overhead signs 12 m (twelve metre) wide with a corrosion resistant 2 mm (two millimetre) thick aluminium alloy sheet with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type with vertical and lateral clearance given in clauses 802.2 and 802.3 of MORT&H Specifications 2013 and instal including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three Millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one hundred fifty X seventy five X five Millimetre) spaced 2 m (Two Metre) centre to centre, 1.8 m (one point eight metre ) high, 1.1 m (one point one metre ) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one hundred fifty X seventy five X five Millimetre), 330 mm (three hundred thirty millimetre ) long complete as per as per MORTH technical specifications 2013 clause 810 .including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
