Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required above 35 sqmm upto 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b)Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

All as per item No. 3 above but joint for cable of 10 sqmm to 50 sqmm size

Arranging fault locating machine to locate the fault in underground electric power cable of any length & any type of 11 KV/1.1 KV grade HT/ LT cables & pin point the fault, it also include testing of the cable after locating fault and cutting the cable at Fault to fix the joint including excavation and earth wotrk in any type of soil complete Note : Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective of Sch 'A' (ii) If fault is not rectifed within 24 hours after receivng message , the contractor shall be charged penalty for Rs 500/- per Hours & the same has been deducted from his account during RAR

Taking down of any type of LT/ Bus bar panel of any size and any type as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT panel ( 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply ) CPRI approved, factory assembled LT Panel Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of 300 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, ingress protection class ( IP-54 ) and made of 3.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel, Angle iron frame work made out of 40 X 40 X 5 mm ), front and rear opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR wire of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035. embedded in ground with and including masonary of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of block in 1:4 CM size 30x30x30 cm incl rendering in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:-

INSTRUMENT FEEDER :- (a) Digital Volt Meter, 96X96mm, flush type rated 0-500 V, with Volt meter selector switch- 01 Set. (b) Digital Amp Meter, 96X96mm, flush type rated 0-200 A, with Amp meter Selector switch- 01 Set. (c) C.T's 200/5 A CL 1.0 Tape Wound- 01 Set. (Set of three) (d) Red, Yellow, Green Phase indicating Lights LED type 220 V AC- 1 Set. (Set of three). (e) Protection MCB 6 A SP C Series- 1 Set. (Set of three). Make of Metering Accessories :-L&T/ AE/ Trinity/ Schneider.

OUTGOING SUPPLY :- (i) MCCB 100 Amps 16 KA 4 Pole with Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic release 415 volts , 50Hz,=01 No., (ii) MCCB 63 Amps 10 KA 4 Pole with Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic release 415 volts , 50Hz,=06 Nos., Make of MCCB:- L&T/ Siemens / Legrand/ Havells/HPL. Make of Panel: Adlec/ Schneider / Universal Switch Gear Control/ Tricolite. The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. Panel should be according to IEC-61439. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-1), 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-2) 2011) 2. Tempreature Rise (IS/IEC : 61439-1, 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439-2 2011) 3. CPRI Short Circuit IEC-61439-1 & 2 withstand strenght should be 70kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 154kApk 4. CPRI Certification IEC-61439-1 & 2 Rated current for short circuit not less than 6300 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 5. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED Contractor will get the copy of above certificates from manufacturer and submit to Engineer-in-charge/AGE(I) before erection of panel on ground.
