Contractual assistance required for daily maintenance work of electrical installations at NPH Substation, Dumanhill Substation, WCC Substation and Korea Substation and day to day electrical maintenance work of the associated RBs and NRBs for 365 days

Daily Maintenance Work (on as and when required basis) of electrical installations at NPH sub-station , Dumanhill-NCC substation , WCC substation and Korea substation and day to day electrical maintenance work of associated residnetial and non-residential buildings. The work involves providing 14 nos. manpower on a daily basis for places as mentioned below : A) WCC Substation and associated buildings - 03 nos. (semiskilled - 02 nos. and unskilled - 01 nos.) B) Korea Substation and associated buildings - 02 nos. (semiskilled - 01 nos. and unskilled - 01 nos.) C) DH-NCC Substation and associated buildings - 04 nos. (semiskilled - 02 nos. and unskilled - 02 nos.) D) NPH Substation and associated buildings - 05 nos. (semiskilled - 03 nos. and unskilled - 02 nos.) The Scope of Work for the above job includes: (i) Opening and cleaning of installed equipments like HT and LT Switchgear , Control panel , VCB , MOCB , SF6 circuit breaker , transformers , etc. (as applicable) (ii) Material handling for attending the breakdown of equipments. (iii) Attending the O/H line breakdown (iv) Checking the level of oil in power transformers and if required filling the oil in power transformers after testing the dielectric strength of oil (v) Operation of Switchgears (vi) Domestic service line connection and attending its breakdown (vii) Cleaning work at Main Substation and colony substation (viii) Any other related work as decided by the Engineer-In-Charge.
