M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

S&F 18-19 mm thick Fissured board false ceiling system with ULTIMA RH99 board (regular) or equivalent mineral fiber acoustical suspended ceiling system, board size shall be 600mm X 600mm complete all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish including Gl frame work (Size of grid 605 x 605mm) for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified.

M&L prefabricated, 75mm wide POP moulded cornices, moulding fixed on ceiling/wall complete all as specified.

M&L prefabricated, pre reinforced, 600mm dia POP moulded designer circle dooms fixed on ceiling/wall complete all as specified.

M&L for PVC Wall panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed or any other shade PVC sheet fixed in interlocking pattern on plastered surfaces of wall/ ceiling including L ,T and U clip etc. for covering the joints of PVC wall panelling ,columns, cills, jambs etc wherever required complete all as specified.

M&L for 1.2mm thick polyvinyl profile colour wall panelling system with 'J' profile for inside corner , 'T' profiler for outside corner , anti-bacterial, fire retardant, water proof resistant, impacts resistance not less then 50 LBS , tensile strength >37.00 MPa , tensile modulus >2000 Mpa , surface distortion above 120 degree F confirming to ASTM D-4477 including GI grid frame work GI section of 80mmX 26mm X53mm & GI perimeter channel section 20mm X28mm X30mm & 2 brass screw completed as per manufactures instruction etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description and in any position including raking out joint hacking out for key & scrubbing with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as in ceiling/chajja etc and finished even & smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new plasteresd ceiling surfaces & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Preparation of old surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, to wall including cornices etc plaster or un- plastered surfaces (old decorated surface) and M&L for applying one coat of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

All as per item Ser No 22.00 but on surfaces of ceiling

Preparation of old surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper (of approved quality & tint) on walls complete all as specified.

All as per item Ser no 24.00 but on ceiling

M&L 3mm thick wall care putty on wall for new/old surface , sand papering the same & making good to depressions if any to obtain totally smooth surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper of one or different tints on new surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M&L Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified..

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.
