The bidder must submit a self-declaration confirming that the offered make and model fully comply with all TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT SPECIFIED IN ANNEXURE G 1 OF SPEC. NO. RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0192 2018 (REV-1) and action temperature of 68-72 degree Celsius, as per RDSO Letter No. EL/7.1.08/SBC/Main dated 06-08-2025 shall be accepted.
Only the approved Makes as mentioned in the description are acceptable. Bidder offering any Make other than the mentioned Make in description above, shall submit RDSO approval letter for the offered Make, failing which offer shall be summarily rejected.
Only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their authorized dealers are eligible to participate in the tender. Authorized dealers participating in tender must submit tender specific authorization certificate issued by OEM along with their offer, failing which offer shall be summarily rejected.

Supply of an aerosol-based fire detection and suppression system with a 20 g cartridge, as p er the technical requirements specified in Annexure G-1 of RDSO Specification No. RDSO/PF/SPEC/AC/0192- 2018 (Rev-01). The device shall have an action temperature of 68-72 degree Celsius, as per RDSO Letter N o. EL/7.1.08/SBC/Main dated 06-08-2025. The system shall be suitable for LHB Non-AC coaches, ICF SG AC coaches, and ICF SG Non-AC coaches, in accordance with RDSO guidelines. All necessary modifications and accessories required for the installation and proper functioning of this item shall be within the scope of the supplier. The location for installation of the aerosol fire cartridge in the onboard panel of coaches shall be a s per the drawing mentioned in RDSO Letter No. EL/7.1.108/MSSBC/Main dated 18-06-2025.
