Annual maintenance contract with material for following AC units in VMC premises including cost of material and conveyance to work spot etc complete Scope of Work:(1) Carrying out the routine preventive maintenance of the units quarterly,i.e. carrying out the evaporator coil cleaning, condenser coil cleaning, cleaning of pre air filters, checking the electrical components and tightening the loose contacts if any found. (2) Lubricating the moving parts to reduce friction. (3) Checking the units for noise and vibration and arresting the same, if required. (4) Suggesting for the modifications,if any required, to improve the performance of the units. (5) Reparing/replacing the worn out parts such as compressor, condenser fan motor, fan blade, oscillating motor,capacitors, selector switch, thermostats. (6) Attending the break down calls,whenever called upon. as directed by the departmental authorities.
