Bidder/Agency must enclose experience certificate (duly signed by Executive Engineer) having one, year experience in providing such services to any offices in these years (2021-22 to 2025-26) (50 Percentage of Tender Amount)

Bidder/Agency must endorse Solvency Certificate or Bank Guarantee certificate from any Nationalized Bank of Rs. 12.91 lakhs

Bidder/Agency must enclose transaction turnover letter for min 5 that is 2021 to 2025-26 years which shall be certified by Charted Accountant

Bidder/Agency must attach difference amount DD /FDR/BC from Nationalized bank or Scheduled bank in the name of Chief Officer TMC Mahalingpur, TMC Mahalingpur, if the bidder quotes below amount to service charges amount

Bidder/Agency must attach Valid Labour Licence issued by Labour Department

Bidder/Agency must attach duly registered ESI & EPF Registration Certificates

Bidder/Agency must endorse GST Registration Certificate

Bidder/Agency shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. & provide necessary proof such as latest ESI, EPF paid challans in 2025-26 (Bidder/Agency must enclose latest paid one month challan)

Anti-Collusion and Self Declaration Certificate Regarding Not Black Listed By Any Firm/ Government Agencies in the Bond Set Out In Tender Document

For the Service charges if the bidder quotes the rate 0 Zero rate, such kind of BIDS will be rejected without any Prior intimation
