OD289442/2025-2026:Cutting and removing Arayal growth (banyan tree) over the parapet wall, roof slabs, sunshade, expansion joints etc in various floors. After dismantling the existing cement plaster ,brick work, cement concrete work etc wherever if necessary for removing stem and root with out any damages of remaining structure and cutting and removing its stem and roots and chemically burying the remaining roots where ever if necessary and rectifying the dismantled portion etc complete in cleaning all cost and conveyance of rectifying materials, burying chemicals (acid, kerosene etc) including disposal of waste materials with in a distance of 150m away from the site

15.56:Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

22.14.1:Grading roof for water proofing treatment with:Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

22.14.2:Grading roof for water proofing treatment with:Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

50.2.33.5:Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth between 40cm to 60cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete.
