Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Making and supplying of Anchor bolts to the site for fixing the base of tower manufactured with High Density Mild Steel bars of 0.90 m length as per IS 2062/IS 432 Conforming to GR specification no GR /TWR-11/ 01 Dec 2004 threaded up to 150 mm length and welded with 80x80x10 mm thick mild steel plate at 10 mm from bottom including hexagonal double nuts as per class 5 of is 1367 with appropriate -plain and spring washers conforming to is 2016 including galvanisation of top 200mm depth of anchorbolt assembly.all complete as per the approved drawing and directions of Engineer in charge.
Extra for cutting of anchor bolts manually / by mechanical means embeded in R.C.C. work. {Payment shall be made for removing anchor bolts (total 36 nos of 32mm dia each) embeded in four pedestals / stems} complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
Credit of recovered steel / Anchor bolts obtained after demolishing in R.C.C work.
Labour charges for orienting and fixing assembly of 9 nos -32 mm dia anchor bolts in each of the 4 legs /pedastals of tower with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements . A total of 36 numbers anchor bolts shall be oriented and fixed for each tower as per drawings of Genetic requirements No GR TWR- 04/01 Dec. 2000. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge (Base plate and Anchor bolts will be supplied by the Department)
Labour for hoisting fixing and erection of 40 mtrs height Ground based structural Steel Tower as per approved Generic requirements No.GR TWR-04/01 Dec. 2000 along with emendment dt. 29.06.2005 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members pertaining to to the one lot only wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE:Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machinerires all insurane, safety provision , acceptance testing etc all complete and nothing extra will be paid) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site in one
lot. (Weight about 9.50 MT) (Rs. 10,000/- will be with held for acceptance of AT and will be released after completion of AT).
Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for 40 m tower including horizontal and vertical gantry ( weight about 9.5 MT ) a)Two or more coats on old work
Structural steel work riveted , bolted or welded in build up sections , trusses and framed work, icluding cutting hoisting, fixing in position with galvanized steel sections consisting of Angles , flats, plates fabricated as per approved drawings in gratings, frames, raillings, cable trays, ladders, space frames and similar locations. The galvanizing shall be as per IS 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/Sqm (approximately 85 micron) . The steel sections shall be of M.S grade 'A' as per IS 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables/actual weight whichever is less for the bare steel sectional weights . All compete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.
Supplying of galvanised high tension grip bolts and nuts of grade 5.6 and of required size minimum mass of galvanised coating not less than 610 gms per sqm on bolts and nuts and other fasteners etc., (Galvanisation shall be hot dipped as per IS : 1759 standard / Zinc galvanising should be conform to IS :13229-1991 or IS 209-1992.)
"Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising MS angles, flats, plates ,pipes nuts and bolts etc., of varying sizes and lengths from BSNL Vengi TE Building Comound Eluru. The entire lot of tower members shall be transported in a single lot. The job includes cost of collection of all members in one single lot with required lead, loading and unloading and depositing the tower members at the desired location at cell tower site at Dubacharla site etc., complete including sorting of all members, nothing extra shall be paid as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
