Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded HBG M/C material (Grading III material) (Table 400.1A), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machinary, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST and Seignorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base as per clause 1501.22 M30(Grade), coarse and fine agregates, conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm and cement content in the mix to be not less than 350 kg/cum (Ordinary Portland Cement) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, bitumenous sealant, dowel bars, near approachs to bridge/culvert and construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machinaries, royalties, all taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. for CC Pavement. including Over Head Charges, Contractor Profit @ 13.615% But excluding Seignorage Charges and GST

Levelling the concrete with Beam vibrator vacume dewatering power trowelling to finish as per the direction of Engineering Incharge rate inclusive of labour charges all complete for finished item of work.

Contraction sawn joint grove (using diamone studded blades) 3 to 5 mm wide and 1/4 to 1/3 depth of the slab (-) or (-) 5mm or as stibulated in the drawings and dowel bars complying with clauses 6202 6.5 of specifications for road and b ridge works (third revision) published New Delhi in 1995 by IRC onbehalf Govt.of India, Ministry of Surface Transport as directed in the drawings. The contraction join shall be cut as soon as the concrete as undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the load of join sawing machine with out causing damage to the slab. The joint celling compound shall be not poured bitumen type having flesibility, resistance to ag hardening and durability of the sealant shall be in accordance with BS 5212 (Part-2) with all lead &lift including ost nd conveyance of all materials etc. complete for 50mm depth
