REPAIR AND RECASTING OF SLABS IN AIRFIELD AREA AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/rigid pavement / Hardstanding of any position and in any thickness not otherwise provided for ground floor, paving, (below or above ground floor) compelete all as sepecfied and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.

Removing demolished material (Concrete slab) to a distance exceeding 5 Km but not exceeding 10 Km and depositing where directed (for Taxi/floor of Blast pen Dispersal) complete all as specified and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.

M&L for apporx. 150 mm thick DLC, corrosponding to strength equivalent to M-15 grade as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.

M&L for applying evenly tack coat of VG-10 @2.5 kg per ten Sqm over DLC surface complete all as specified and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.

M& L for sand cushioning 10 mm to 25 mm thick over DLC surface spreading and well ramming as in road/ floor etc with clean river sand duly clear of residual ,organic and deleterious materials spread uniformly laid complete all as specified and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.

M&L for Polythene flim of 400 micron confirming to IS 2508 spread and laid below PQC including sealing all joint etc complete all as specfied and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.

M&L for approxi. 280-320 mm thick PQC design mix for pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 45Kg/Sqcm and minimum 400 Kg of cement per Cum,with aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017 including steel formwork with non circular Synthetic Fiber 12 mm long with circum circle dia of 32-35 micron designed for melting point of 240 to 260 degree celsius and having specific gravity of 1.34-1.40 polyster traingular shall be uniformly mixed at the rare of 0.25% by weight of cement or at the rate as per manufracture's instructions including necessary steel form work. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 5.0 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed by Eingeer-in-charge.
