Notes for serial item Nos. 114 & 115: (i) The cost of copper / GI earth continuity wire with GI pipe 40/50mm light/medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item (iii) Earthing shall produce desired earth resistance values as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (iv) The earth resistance shall be as desired by the installation. A guarantee for 3years of this criterion on a Rs. 100 stamp paper shall be given by the Contractor. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect
