Renovation of Community Hall Bldg No M 1 and NGO Hostel Bldg No M 1 A of RFI

Removal of spoil: Labour only for removal of spoil mixed with excavated earth, damaged tarfelt, damaged plaster, broken bricks, concrete rubbish and debris, broken glasses etc. from work site to a distance of 1.50 km. outside the factory. (20% deduction in measurement will be made from the volume of spoil ) all complete.

Surface excavation : Labour only for surface excavation in soft/loose soil and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out all complete.

Sand filling : M & L for providing sand filling in foundations including watering and consolidation all complete.

Post Construction Anti-Termite treatment on concrete/ masonry surface: Material & labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment along external wall of buildings below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion@ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron all complete.

P.C.C. (1:2:4) : M & L for providing plain cement concrete type-B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub-base, filling and mass concrete, topping of floor all complete.

R.C.C. (1:2:4) : M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (M-15), 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass concreteetc. and excluding use and waste of necessary formwork all complete .

Brick work(1:6): M & L for brick work with old size subclass 'b' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with (1: 6) cement morter all complete. .

Cutting chases : M & L for cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement morter 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, wall etc. where ever required and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth. as required all complete.

Form work : Use & waste of wooden form work to sides and soffits of beams, roof slabs, chajjas etc. and the like, vertical or batter rough finished flat surfaces. .

PVC door shutter: S & F factory made solid pannel PVC door shutter make rajshri or substantially equivalent make 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rail, ms frame shall be covered with moulded plin colour PVC 'C' channel having of PVC sheet straight of 20mm witdth stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plin colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in ms frame welded / seald to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, and fixed in the frame at site all complete.

Repairing of shutters : M & L for repairing of door or window shutters of size exc 2 sqm each, of any description after taking down and refixing the same in the same opening all complete.

Aluminium tower bolt : S & F 125 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed all complete.

Aluminium Handle : S & F 125 mm long extruded anodised aluminium handle fabricated type and fixed all complete.

Stainless Steel Wire Cloth :- S & F stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples to be fixed in windows all complete.

Fixing of MS grill work: Fabrication & fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings for drain cover etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars etc. and similar work required complete in all respect.

Welding in repair : S & F Welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5 cm thickness of Metal to be welded n. exc 6 mm all complete.

Reinforcement : M & L for providing reinforcement work with tmt mild steel bars 08 mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. etc.complete.

Steel ventilator : S & F Steel ventilators with centre hung shutter including two pairs of brass cup pivots, catch spring and pulley wheel all complete.

Expanded Metal: M & L for providing expanded metal,cut to length,bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia (n exe 4 kg weight per sqm ) or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete in wood or steel member all complete.

Steel window : S& F for Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded all complete.

M.S. framed work: S & f for framed work of trussed, purlins, joists etc. or others made of mild steel angle, tee etc. of required sections including cutting, drilling, welding etc. as required complete in with Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-B in all respect.

M.S sheet gutter: M & L for 2.5mm thick plain mild steel sheeting valley gutter with welded joints and fixed in position properly all complete

Taking down gutter & Rain water pipe: Taking down eaves gutters / rainwater pipes CI / PVC (any size or pattern or dia), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning for refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all complete.

APP: S & F of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) after applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces after necessary preparetory work, the layer of APP shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints properly complete all. [The firm has to submit warranty of Seven Years ( from the date of completion) in respect of this item @ 2% of the value of this item in the form of Bank guarantee/TDR before claiming final payment . In case of any leakage through the roof area done by this item, firm has to rectify the same within 7 days otherwise the same will be forfeited.]

Pre-colour coated plain steel sheet: S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of make: TATA Blue scope / Everest / Jindal or substantially equivalent make of any colour having tensile (yield) strength of 550 mpa minimum, coated with aluminium zinc (az 150) @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof clading to wall, ridges etc. fixed with self tapping screws in every trapezoidal profile. (Test certificate of the materials should be submitted by the firm before any payment) all complete.

Kota stone flooring : M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing all complete .

Dismantling tiles : Labour only for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all complete.

Inter locking blocks: M & L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finished / epoxy coated) any shape & size confirming to 'IS-15658-2006', of 'M-35' grade concrete with grey cement & pigment all complete.

Taking down plastering : Labour only for taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all complete.

Cement plaster(1:6): M & L for providing 12 mm thick cement plater 1:6 mix on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height all complete.

Bedding layer (1:4) : M & L for rendering average 20 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in screed bed over existing concrete surface, brick wall etc. of any description.

Washable distempering : M & L for applying two coats of washable distemper of 1st quality make- Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make after necessary preparatory work with primer to distempering of wall all complete.

Exterior surface painting : M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having with [make: of 1st quality of Asian/Berger/ICI or substantially equvalant] VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm after necessary preparation of surface all complete.

Sheet glass : M & L for providing 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary qiality tinted or plane as required and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc. 0.5 sqm. in each pane all complete.

Wood painting : M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint finished glossy of 1st quality; Make: Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make, over a coat of primer after necessary preparation of new wood surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

Steel painting two coat: M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint finished glossy of 1st quality; Make: Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make, over a coat of priming with red lead primer after necessary preparation of new decorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

Steel painting one coat: M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint finished glossy of 1st quality; Make: Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make, over old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

Black japan paint : M & L for applying two coat of Black japan paint finished glossy over a coat of red lead primer after necessary preparation of old surfaces over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

Aluminium painting : M & L for applying two coats of aluminium paint finished glossy of 1st quality; Make: Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make, over a coat of priming with aluminium red oxide primer after necessary preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

Commode : S & F for providing vitreous china water closet pan, wash down, padestal pattern (commode), white, including 'p' or 's' trap. Make: Hindware / Neycer / Parryware or substantially equivalent all complete.

Commode seat cover: S & F plastic water closet seat black,closed pattern with flat bottom ,and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device,all complete.

Sheet Glass shelf : S & F of sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long with aluminium alloy brackets and guard rail all complete.

Flushing cistern: S & F of P.V.C valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern Make: Hindware / Neycer / Parryware or substantially equivalent 10 ltrs. capacity, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including flush pipe of polythene of low or high density or PVC tube 32 mm dia. for low level cistern and brackets with PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm long with cast copper alloy fancy type 15mm bore dia. chromium plated gate valve for fixed in position, (after taking out old/existing flushing cistern if any of any description ) all complete.

Bib taps : S & F Bib taps of PTMT, any colour high pressure screwed for pipe or for brass ferrule(Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) and fixed, size of tap 15 mm bore dia. all complete.

Push Taps : S & F of 15mm Push tap any colour, high pressure of PTMT , (Minimum weight 15mm-47 gms) fixed in position, all complete.

Health Faucet : S & F Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified.

Single brick flat soling : M & L for providing single brick flat soling with well burnt soling brick including filling of interstices with white sand all complete.

Expansion Joint :- M & L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150 MM thick concrete slab all complete.

Dismantling steel work : Labour only for dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position and removing the same to store all complete.

Removal of old wiring: Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlets boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switch socket,ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets,ceiling fittings,regulators, related wiring,etc. and carrying to scrap area.

Ceiling rose: Supply, fixing and connecting completed Anchor / Rider / Havells / V-Guard or substantially equivalant make celling rose of pvc/polycarbonate isolated body suitable for 230VAC supply.

2.5 sqmm Cu sub main: Supply and fixing of FR type Finolex / Havells / Polycap or substantially equivalant make 2 x (2.5 sq mm single core multistrand PVC insulated copper wire) alongwith same make 1 x (2.5 sq mm single core multistrand copper earth wire) alongwith pvc casing caping for sub main.

6A piano switch: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Anchor / SSK / Standard / Havells / Pritam or substantially equivalent make 6 Amps piano switch flush type, single pole one way.
