Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing of manure with soil (vermin composed fertilizer) and (mixing in the ratio 1:1 at site of work) including levelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing of manure with soil (Cow/ cattle dung) and (mixing in the ratio 2:1 at site of work) including levelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only excavated fertile earth as approved by GE brought out from outside of defence land of distance exc 5 Km but n.exc 10Km complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:-Proper Pay receipt and Road challan shall invariably be deposited to GE office prior to claiming any RAR/FB payment in this respect )

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) with excavated earth brought from out side of defence land of distance exc 5 KM but N.exc 10 KM away, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., any high from base complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Earth brought out against Item no 05 shall be used under this item.Measurement shall be made from the Consolidated embankment with admissible allowances as per SSR).

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/Concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Preparation and applying walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:and pattern New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and i ncluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in kerbs stone, lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, , water tough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry, on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Tree guard steel fabric semi circular 450 mm dia welded and supported with 06 nos of FI 40x6 mm of length appx 2.00 mtr ,and 04 nos of FI of arc of semi circural pattern providing locking arrangment type by drilling and tied with nut and bolts(minimum03 nos each side) two coat painting with enamel emusion over a coat of primer all as specified and directed

Maintenance period for 2 years of the above work services by deploying two nos garderner for maintenance of plantation during whole maintenance period and provision of borewell, 1HP pump set and PVC pipes as required size for sprinkling of water on plantation all as speecified and directed.( Please refer PS Clause No. 45 to 51 of Tender documents)
