Taking down exising steel rolling shutter including hood cover pull and push type, not exceeding 15 sqm area of sides of clear opening and cleaning the sides of shutters suspension shafts, anti-guide channel and gearing all the moving parts rolling shutters and strengthening rolling shafts and replacement of bolts and nuts as required for smooth functioning of shutters and refixing the same including hood cover complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 1.00 above, but gear operated type rolling shutters exceeding 15 sqm but not exceeding 30 sqm area and incl adjustment of gear assembly complete all as specified and as directed

Repairs and servicing to rolling shutters by removal of wornout components such as hood covers, laths, ball bearing, helical wire springs, lock plates, shaft pipes and straightening of existing guide channels, laths, hood covers at required places including greasing and servicing, refixing in the same openings complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down water etc. and removing debris outside ND (V) premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls over one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for scraping/taking down existing treatment completely and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out PVC (SWR) soil waste and vent pipe of any size including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, PCC bed, plinth protection, ramp, mass concrete including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain galvanised MS Sheet / corrugated steel sheeting any guage or any thickness in roof coverings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in chajjas, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of plant / vegetation growths of any girth, including digging out the roots, cleaning of holes for arresting the leakages by chipping off old concrete surface and applying concrete/cement mortar using WPC and levelling off surfaces in high rise workshop buildings upto 20 mtr height, including removal of waste material outside dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out deteriorated / leaking valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop building at height of 6m to 20 m including disconnecting the funnels from the gutters and rain water pipe, in position and replacing with new galvalume plain sheet of 1.00 mm thick made to shape and size required (width of sheet required is 800 mm to 1200mm) with 200 mm over laps with double washer self driving screws at joint using leak proof (Tar roof compound or similar material) jointing material and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs sheet glass 5 mm thick ordinary quality fixed with aluminium beads in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out deteriorated / unserviceable funnels of valley gutters of any shape size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6m to 20 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters and rain water pipe, in position and replacing with new funnel made out of Galvalume plain sheet of 0.60mm thick to required shape and size to match the existing funnels required with extra collar of 50mm over the actual outer diameter of rain water pipe and inserting in to the rain water pipe with 150 mm length in to the rain water pipe with double washer self driving screws at joint using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound or similar material)l and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MS flat iron clamps made to any shape with flat iron of (40-60) mm wide and (4-6) mm thick (Length of flat iron required for each clamp is 1.00M to 1.50 M ) to support the valley gutter, rain water pipes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repairs 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs electrically operated, 1.15mm thick steel rolling shutters, area exceeding 15 sqm, with chain wheel and hand chain,and guide channels without ball bearing, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated electric motor operater type complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Electric motor measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F electric motor of capacity 3.70KV for rolling shutter including all necessary fitting electric connection complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old one.

S&F in repairs ball bearing for rolling shutters (ISI marked) for 40/50 mm dia pipe shaft complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs mild steel lock plate & handles made out of MS flat iron 40x5mm incl welding (lock plate & handle should be replace of old damaged lock plate) and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs MS gear box assembly complete incl connecting and fixing the gear box to wall with 4 Nos hexagonal bolts of 10mm dia and 100mm long complete including cutting into existing wall/pillar of brick work/RCC and filling back with PCC complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs hood covers made out of mild steel sheets 1.00mm thick including bending the sheet to the required shape and fixing the same to the rolling shutter bracket plate incl one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs mild steel pulley for 32/40mm dia pipe ( of approved make) for rolling shutters all as specified and as directed
