e-TENDER NOTIFICATION FOR THE PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF ANSWER BOOKLETS FOR 2026 S.S.L.C. EXAMINATIONS

Bidders should have executed Print and Supply of Answer Booklet similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the tender quantity mentioned in the tender schedule in any one of the Previous Three Financial Years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. However, will be 40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises. The Bidder shall submit the information in the Section XV. Even though the Bidder has executed the 80% of the tender quantity (40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises), relevant information shall be submitted through Section XV only, otherwise the Bidder shall be categorically rejected without any further enquiry Upload relevant documents mentioned in the Section XV.

Previous experience in Answer Booklet Printing and in relevant printing in the format mentioned under Section XII.

The Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered society.

The Tenderer Should have Printing unit in any states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra and Goa only along with Factory Registration Certificate and printing unit should be empaneled as Security Printing unit in Indian Banks Association.

Acknowledgment for having submitted the paper samples.

Copy of the PAN card of the firm must be uploaded as detailed below. If a firm is sole proprietorship PAN card copy of the proprietorship. If a firm is partnership PAN card copy of the firm only (partners PAN card copy will not be considered). If a firm is private Ltd or Public Ltd. Company, PAN card copy of the company.

Documents to prove the ownership of Web Offset Machines, online printing machines, CTP Machines, Automatic Cutting Machines and stitching machines.

Printing Press unit should have at least 10,000 Square feet area for workplace.

he average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs. 10 Crores during the Financial Years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 (i.e., Assessment Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 respectively) It will 50% of the Rs. 10 Cores, i.e., Rs. 5 Crores with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.

Audited balance sheet and Profit and Loss account for the financial years 2021-22 2022-23 and 2023-24 has to be uploaded certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN

Specified EMD should be credited to CeG account as per IFT Clause (3).

Details of Income Tax returns filed for the years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 must be uploaded i.e., assessment Years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 respectively.
