A. CIVIL Work

Labour for cleaning the worksite before and after work etc.

Earthwork in excavation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50M including all lifts levellind ramming the foundation trenches ,removing roots of roots of tree shrubs all complete as per approved design ,building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150mm with all lifts including cost of all materials ,labour,royality and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (mod of measurement compacted volume).

Providing designation 75A one brick flate soling joint filled with local sand including cost of taxes watering royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C M -150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size clean coarse sand of F.M -2.5 to 3 including screening shuttering mixing cement mixer & placing in position,vibrating ,stiking,curing,royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I ( footing level)

Centering and shuttering including struting propping etc and removal of form for column

providing designation 75A brickwork in C.M (1:6) in superstructure -do- do - all complete job

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in exposed surface or in approved quality of sand -do - do - all completed job

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fumed Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete

Providing steel truss made of M.S. pipe of 75 mm square (12.40 kg/m), pipe of 40 mm (3.50 kg/m), base plate 10 mm thick (78.50 kg/m²) and gusset plate 6 mm thick (47.10 kg/m²) — all complete job

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Circuit/submain wiring in PVC Conduit: Wiring for circuit /submain wiring along with eart wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit as required

S/F rewirable double pole / TP&N Switch disconnector: Providing and fixing DP/TP&N Sheet metal switch disconnector fuse unit in the existing metal board with rewirable type fuse , including drilling holes on metal board. Making connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar and din bar, interconnections, power painted including earthing etc as required.
