Supplying, Coneyance & delivery, handling, loading, unloading, storing, setting, jointing, laying etc. and testing of HDPE pipe PN-10/ PN-8, PE-100 of IS: 4984-2016 of diameter 200 mm to 1000 mm at required depth, slope as per design, drawing provided by the agency for Pumping Main / Distribution Main by HDD method with Mechanical Devices and Mechineries (HDD Meachine capacity 60-160 Tons) required for Trenchless Pipe laying for crossing River / Canals Water bodies / NH in all kinds of soils except rocks including cleaning and restoration the sites in all respect with plant, labour and materials all complete as per specification, Drawing and as per direction of EIC. The rate are also inclusive of the cost for shifting of Electric poles, Telephone poles, under ground pipes and cables of electric and telephones etc. dismantling, shifting and re-installation of any permanent or temporary structures which will come across and alignment of HDD operations. N.B. i) Manufacturer’s test certificate for HDPE pipes to be produced before supply. ii) 3rd party inspection for HDPE pipes & specials to be done by CEPET / SGS / NTH Kolkata or as per direction of EIC. HDPE pipes to be supplied from approved vendor list of W.B.P.H.E.D. iii) The custodian of the pipe meterial will be the Agency concern, on event of any theft, lose or Damage of the pipe meterial supplied, the cost of such material should be recovered forthwith from the bill of the concerned Agency.
