Providing & Fixing of HDPE pipe Confirming to IS:4984:2021 for water supply suitable for submersible & jet pump with required fittings ie socket, elbows, tee etc. complete in all respect. Providing of synthetic rope for submersible pump ISI marked (IS:5175) of following sizes. 12mm (suitable up to 50 mm OD pipe)

S&F M.S. clamp, set of 50x6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

SITC of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed (2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge. P/Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable confirming to(IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, existing pipe / open trench / Cable tray / on surface including making connection etc. as required. Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work :32 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

Rewinding of single phase/3phase submersible motor including all necessary material and of the same characteristics as original with required size of super enamelled wire 'E' class insulation material and testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 2.0 H.P.to 3.0 HP

Repairing of submersible pump of with replacement of broken impellers ,diffuser,bush/bearing set , oil seal complete with testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 2.0 H.P.to 3.0 HP

Labour charges for installation of submersible motor pump set including lowering/ delowering of pipes, cables, accessories etc. in tube-well/ open well complete including T&P, transportation of tripod, chain pulley block & any other material required for this purpose complete in all respect.
