SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO. T-9, T-10 AND T-11 AND SINGLE OR LIVING OTM ACCN BLDG NO. P-130 AT CERTAIN UNIT AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 01

Taking down carefully cement concrete/ spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections,Ceilings,Sunshades of beams etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding at height up to 7.5 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for cleaning, sweeping out loose materials from the existing reinforcement of slabs, chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc to remove rust particles etc throughly cleaning the surface.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1part cement to 1.5-2parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @ 5 Kg per 50kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @200gm/sqm to obtain tack.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 15-20mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part cement to 1part 2-3mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE admixture equivalent of pidilite, fosroc, Thermax etc @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to recieve final rendering coat.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 10-15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71mm dia wire & 12mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas /facias, slabs, beams etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10mm thick on stone masonry surface in CM 1:6 and top layer of 5 mm thick in CM1:4 incl finishing the surface smooth and even without using extra cement and using integral water proofing compound in top layer .complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chajjas etc all as directed & finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
