Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified.

M&L coloured Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm plaster in CM 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and providing two coats of cement Base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same to a out side MD land all as Specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, including finishing the surface even and fair and joints as required complete.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distampered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces.

All as per item No 14 here in before but on ceiling surfaces

M & L for preparation of old decorated external surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement Base paint complete all as specified

M & L for preparation of old decorated existing external surfaces of walls including washing rubbing down and stopping by brooming down scrapping down smoke and efforescent salts and oil & greasy spots, and providing two coats of cement Base paint complete all as specified

M&L preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coat of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated by brooming down scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified.

M&L applying one coat of Plastic emulsion paint on wall surfaces after preparation of old decorated surface complete.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs for stainless steel kitchen rack of size 31" x 36" x 10" complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25 mm dia stainless steel drapery rod cut to size and fixed in position, complete all as directed.

Repairs and fixing only existing drapery rod including making drilling, cutting and fixing of rawalplug etc on same position with existing brackets or holders etc all as directed

S & F in repairs for Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples to steel/wooden/aluminium windows and doors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4 mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty/ with aluminum/ wooden beading in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete

M&L for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly without showing brush marks, finishing coat till desired result is obtained.

Preparation of old RCC / Concrete surface of any description and in any position such as RCC chajja, fascias, balconies, projections etc. by racking out and removing old cracked / disturbed surface of concrete and applying neat cement slurry @3Kg / Sqm and providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork, moulds etc. and finally finishing the work by rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and providing three coats of acrylic emulsion to match the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The work is to carried out at height up to 15 meters. The contractor shall make necessary arrangement for the scaffolding and safety provision and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted rates by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
