Taking down care fully defective light fitting such as Street light, security light, (any type and any size), Flood light, LED light any type, from any location mounted on any type of poles/bldgs/ tower/ high mast of height up to 20 mtr from bracket after disconnecting of supply cable for replacement of fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Any T&P required for the work should be arranged by contractor.

S&F LED street light luminare 72 watt, with Penut lens powder coated pressure die cast aluminium with heat resistant toughned glass with lens and potel driver, seprate surge protection, necessary wiring, IP 66 protection including making all electrical connection from light fitting to pole junction box/ O/H line for making the light functional, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Philips Cat Part No-BRP410 LED CW 072 MR FG S1 PSU GR or Equivalent make of Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/Wipro/GE Notes:- (i) If connection.cable from pole Juction box to street light and street light bracket is required to be replace it shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) At location where street lights/flood light are connected through overhead conductor, connection cable from light fitting to overhead conductor is deemed to be incl in the item rate. (iii) All LED street light/flood lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and steel poles. (iv) All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate. (v) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact (vi) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (vii) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion. (viii) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (ix) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole / Bldg /Tower or at any location shall be arranged by contractor

M&L for G.I (medium grade, ISI ) pipe 40mm dia, 1.5 Mtr long medium grade, bend to shape for street light fittings bracket, with 2x pairs of MS clamps of suitable length of size 40 mm x 5 mm of MS flat iron with nuts, bolts & washer including applying two coats Synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red-oxide taking out old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F weather proof junction box made of thermoplastic polycarbonate with gasket comply with -IP 66, dust and jet water proof of size 155x210x92 mm (with Knockouts for cable entry) including Terminals , for cable size upto 10 to 16 sqmm alongwith cable inlet including a pairs of MS flat iron Clamp of size 40mmx5mm with 10mm nuts, bolts of suitable length with washer, including 2 coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint(first grade) over a coat or red oxide primer suitable to fix in Steel tubular pole/PCC pole, including taking out/dismantaling existing unserviceable junction box of any type and size, disconnection of existing cable connection and reconnection of cable by providing suitable size cable lugs & gland, complete all as specifid and as directed. Make : Hensel Cat Part No- KF 1616 G or equivelent in Sintex / C&S as approved by GE. Note : Contractor shall provide cable lugs and gland of suitable size if required on site for connecting cable in junction box, rate shall be inclusive in quoted rate.

S&F cable PVC insulated flexible type 2.5 sqmm x 3 core copper conductor cable including taking out old and unserviceable cable from juction box to street light fiting, complete all as specifid and as directed.

M&L for laying 15 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, from junction box to street light fitting to carry connection wire, including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cutting/Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cables of any sizes & type from the trenches or pipe etc including taking out brick if required, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation in trenches shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items and serviceable bricks reused under relevants items.

Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 x 4 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs & glands at the termination ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth in foundation of pole/ laying of under ground cable and including getting out of any type of soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand covering /cushioning for under ground cable protection in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified and as directed Note:-Punned thickness to be measured for payment.

Material and labour for burnt bricks sub class 'B laid flat in trenches over sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Reuse of old bricks obtained from relevent Item Ser No 8 laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 9 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coats of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal Boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 80 mm bore (dia), under road / foot path, not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) by using 20 graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTES:- The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
