Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one number total unitised substaton at site includingnleading the same to the place of erection UNITISED SUBSTATION 160KVA CAPACITY type 11000/433 V, 3 phase AN cooled Vector DYN-11 Cast Resin copper wound Transformer with OFF Circuit tapping of +-5% to -10% in steps of 2.5, changeable by tap links provided, HV terminals connectedto 11 KV 26.3 KA, 630A Load Break Switch with Earth Switch. The AB SFU should have provision for XLPE Cable connection and should have suitable rating HT HRC Fuses, and Output of the AB SFU connected to 11KV Seal Off Bushing of transformer. Transformer should have temperature sensing device with trip contacts and unitised substaton sa a whole should have all standard accessories including emergency trip push button station for HT SFU as per rules and practices. Including shifting the transformer from the point of unloading to the transformer room. Also including charges for preparation of drawings applications submitting to Electrical Deparment and Electrical Inspectorate and obtaing sanction and energising the installation etc complete. ( Including all civil work for Transformer plinth )

Supply and fitting 11KV TOD meter including necessary testing at TMR along with CT PT unit. ( make L&T)

Supply at site and providing indoor end termination of 3 x 300 sq.mm XLPE cable to the transformer (USS) including all materials required for firm joints as per standards.

Supply and providing efficient plate earthing using 1200mm x 1200mm x 12.5 mm CI plate earth electrode conforming to IS 3043 complete with necessary earth pit chamber. C.I cover, GI pipe, connections including filling the pit with charcoal and salt, including excavation, refilling and all connected civil works (for Transformer)

Supply at site and Labour charges for Laying / fixing , giving end termination of the following copper strips and copper wire for effective earthing of the system as per IS 3043, Copper strips of size 25 x 3 mm

Design fabrication, supply, installation, erection testing and commissioning of MCCB panel cubicle type fully compartmentalised dust tight, vermin proof L.T. Switch boards fabricated out of 1.626 mm thickness CRCA sheet for panel boards, powder coated as per standards and having appropriate rating busbars & earth bus and of approved shade. The busbars should be of suitably rated TPN Aluminium having the specified normal and short circuit capacities and should be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coded PVC sleeves and supported by DMC/SMC pillar/finger type busbar supports. Design and fabrication of the switch boards should be as per standards of State electrical inspectorate, K.S.E.B, and Bureau of Indian standards. The board shall be completed with earth bus of adequate capacity and double earth connection to all switches. Internal rigid connection etc. complete with hinged doors, name plates, heavy duty rubber gaskets, removable gland plates. Aluminium anodised Danger Notice Board of size 150 x 100 mm (Cable entry according to site conditions). Incoming side: 400A 4P MCCB (50KA) with all accessories - 1set, 400/5A CT's with MFM, Indicator lamps with 2A MCB controls. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Power Factor Correction panel comprising of Incomer 160A TP MCCB- 1No., APFC relay, indication lamps 3 Nos, Multifunctional D/M meter, CT, control fuses 2KVAR capacitor - 1 No., 3KVAR capacitor - 1 No., 5KVAR capacitor - 2 Nos, 7.5KVAR capacitor - 2 Nos, 10KVAR capacitor - 1 No., 20KVAR capacitor - 1 No. with,10A 2 way toggle switches ON-OFF push button, AC3 capacitor duty contractors with MCB's for each capacitors and control wiring complete with suitable busbar etc. as per standards in a free-standing, floor mounting cubicle type.

Supply and installation of 63A 30mA 4P RCCB and 63A 4P MCB with necessary weather proof sintex box for AC unit.

Supply & Erection of vertical / horizontal type M.S cable trays and cable supports fabricated out of M.S. angles(ISA) and M.S flats with sufficient width and spacing between successive cross members and supported at adequate spacing. The cable trays and supports shall be painted with 2 coats of Zinc chromate primer 2 coats of enamel paint. The design of the cable trays and details shall be got approved by the electrical consultant/ client
