Fixing of double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup &lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal / dismantling of the old dead plaster / peeled off plaster of masonry walls both external and internal wherever damaged and removal by means of chisels, wire brushing/coir brushing, washing with potable water neatly for removal of dead plaster completely from the stone/brick masonry surfaces for providing fresh lime plastering with lime mortar including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading, un loading and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cutting in to required sizes, assembling, fixing in position, finishing and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge

Fixing of paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including paneling, cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cutting in to required sizes, assembling, fixing in position, finishing, colouring and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge

Replacement of completely damaged wooden columns/pillars, capitals, beams, rafters if any including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cutting in to required sizes, assembling, fixing in position, finishing and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge

Painting to the wooden members like columns/pillars, capitals, beams, rafters etc. if any with repairs to the partially damaged members by doing and filling the crevices with putty etc. including cost. conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cutting and removal of damaged portion in to required sizes, mixing of teak wood granules with fevicol, yellow amber powder and required adhesives etc., and filling the crevices, cracks etc. if any find out in the wooden members, fixing with nuts and bolts if required etc. in concealed manner with full consolidation, assembling, fixing in position, finishing and all applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Plastering to the exposed surfaces of the Mahal walls including providing 1" to 1½" thick with base plastering 1/2" to ½" and top 1½" thick with Lime mortar (1:1:2) with an addition of extract of natural ingredients like Joggery and Gallnut, blending the ingredients, finish neatly to the surfaces as per original including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, coloring and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Stucco/filmy coat with 3mm thick over the newly laid plastering with Lime Mortar (1:1:2) and finely finishing the surfaces with an addition of extract like Gallnut and Joggery natural additives with hand grinding and finish neatly to the surfaces including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, hand grinding, coloring and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Painting two or more coats over a primary coat on the plastered surfaces interior of the mahal including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges. curing, hand grinding, coloring and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Re-construction of the damaged/fallen sunshade with 3 layers of special made. pressed clay tiles of size 150x150x12mm in lime mortar (1:1:2) provided on existing reapers, rafters etc., and providing lime plastering on top of sun shade to all floors towards western side including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, grinding, finishing and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Repairs to the eves board of size 180x25mm fixing to the edging of sunshade with teak wood as per the original pattern throughout the mahal including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Fixing of clay tiles of size 20x20x1cm including replacement of damaged /broken tiles with lime mortar (1:1:2) and replaced with new one including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, hand grinding, coloring and all applicable taxes etc., as directed by the site in-charge.

Pointing to the clay tiles over the roof top of the Rangini mahal with lime mortar (1:1:2) including exposing of tiles joints, watering. filling with lime mortar slurry and finishing including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, hand grinding, coloring and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Anti-termite treatment to all round the building to protect the wooden members from the termites including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, hand grinding, coloring and all applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.
