Disconnecting electric connection and taking down of ceiling fan / Exhaust fan removing capacitor,split pins of any sweep ceiling fan / Exhaust fans complete carefully for overhauling checking of bearings/bush, cleaning the fan blades with cleaning solution, replacing the unserviceable bearing, bush, capacitor , safety split pin and nuts, bolts, washer etc duly threaded of down rods (bush, bearing, capacitor, down rod, hanging clamps, will be paid under relevant item of the Sch 'A') reassembling the ceiling fan complete after greasing/servicing, oiling testing the same making the fan in serviceable condition ana refixing/ hanging the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note 1: Cost of Split pins, nut bolts and threading of down rod pipe rates are included in quoted rate

Supply only standard ball bearing of ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm sweep to suitable for different makes of fans of approved quality including necessary greasing.

Supply only gun metal bushes suitable for ceiling fans of any make and 1200/1400 mm sweep including taking out old unserviceable bushes.

S & F armature shaft suitable for ceiling fan any make of 1200 mm sweep, including taking out of old unserviceable armature shaft.

Supply only fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 mfd complete all as specified and directed

Supply only fan capacitor 4 mfd complete all as specified and directed

S&F in relacement LED decorative post top lantern for Garden light 40 watt IP 65 protection resistance to impact and corrosion glare, free and better uniformity milky version as per make :- CG cat part No LPTO40CDL/ Bajaj model No. BGCTW4LEDWW including taking down old unserviceable post of lantern.

Supply, Fixing & Connecting wall mounted fan oscillating type 400mm sweep single phase 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: Old unserviceable Exhaust fan will be deposited in E/M store yard. )

Dismantling electric and water connection of the 25/50 ltr's geyser, taking down from its original position on ground, opening up and removing apparatus plate from the tank, descaling the geyser inner tank and apparatus plate complete, checking for defects, replacement of unserviceable parts such as heating element, syphon assembly, thermostat, rubber gasket etc., reassembling and installation of the geyser into its original position and re-connecting all electric and water supply connection and testing on completion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note for item No 194 :- (a) Inspection opening, dismantling, descaling, washing with chemical solution and cleaning of storage tank. (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank after cleaning at designed pressure. (c) Checking stopcock, pressure reducing valve etc to ensure free movement of their parts. (d) Replacing washers and glands of bib taps, stopcock and inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items (f) Checking functioning and correct setting adjustment of thermostat (g) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve and visual check of fusible plug for its intactness.

Supply only heating element any type/size as per site requirement of capacity 2 KW ISI Marked.

Supply only thermostat for geyser long type 11" in length as per site requirement temp setting on 60 degree centigrade ISI Marked, long type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of water supply PVC flexible connection Nylon braided with suitable threaded check nut with washer complete suitable for hot/ cold water 15mm dia alongwith threaded Brass nuts and washers 45 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only syphon assembly for geyser any type of hole (6/7/9) all complete as per existing make & size as per site requirement all complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Dashmesh/Theta/Newton/Bajaj.

Supply only pressure release valve as per existing make and size geyser spring loaded 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber Gasket as per existing make/size site requirement suitable for 25/50 Ltr capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Geyser vertical mount type 25 Ltrs capacity five star rated , shockproof and rust proof metal body compact size including two nos PVC connection heavy duty and connecting with all fixing arrangement of nuts & bolts and fixing on wall complete all as specified & directed . ( Note: old unserviceable Geyser will be deposited in E/ M store yard )

S&F Sheet metal enclosure with socket plug and MCB single pole and neutral enclosure with two pine and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 volts 20 Amp all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plug top 3 pin 15 Amp in repair. ISI marked complete all as specified.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground end vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, and with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS round bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009) and as directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable , with multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC type armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade,nominal cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4core including lugs and heat shrinkable PVC Sleeves on exposed surfaces & teflon tape duly insulated complete laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipe across the road/path/alongpoles/wall/floors/equipment etc including jointing and testing including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of UG cable with river based sand laid dry in trenches before and after laying of cable, incl well ramming complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay in trenches fixed to poles wall laid in floor GI steel tubing medium grade 50 mm bore with fitting GI clamps made out of 50 x6mm flat iron 02 Nos, bolt, nut & washers etc or wooden rubber bushing at the ends of complete all as specified and directed.
