The tenderer should be RDSO/PU approved Manufacturer of any of Rolling stock OR " The tenderer should be in RDSO approved vender directory for manufacturing of fabricated sub - assemblies of railway Rolling stock like end walls , side wall , under frame Roof , bogie frames and bolster." OR " Wagon manufacturer and/or wagon repair/rehabilitation and /or Fabrication of steel structure for bridges.

Each page of the copy of documents/certificates in support of credentials, submitted by the bidder, shall be self-attested by the bidder or authorized representative of the bidding firm. Self- attestation shall include signature, stamp & date (on each page). Only, those documents will be considered for evaluating bid, which are duly self-attested as above.

The bidders shall submit an affidavit on a Non Judicial Stamp Paper to the effect that all the documents submitted by her along with her bid are true. This shall be mandatory in all bids. The bid shall be summarily rejected if the bidder fails to submit this undertaking along with the bid.

The tenderer shall have to fill the mandate form for NEFT/RTGS as mentioned in Annexure -A of the uploaded tender document and upload the scanned copy of the same with the tender.

Payment of earnest money deposit (EMD) & tender document cost (TDC), in respect of e-tendering, should be accepted through net banking or payment gateway only. Note: Fixed deposit receipt (FDR) will not be accepted as EMD for tenders invited on IREPS (E-Tender portal).
