Laying PCC (1:4:8) using 40mm size HBG metal for leveling course with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials by machine mixing, placing, compacting, curing, all leads and lifts etc., Complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Necessary cement will be issued by the deparment at free of cost).

Cutting, bending, placing in position and tying of reinforcement steel of all sizes for all RCC works in all heights including cost of binding wire and conveyance of reinforcement steel from department stores to site, labour charges etc., Complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Reinforcement steel will be supplied by the Department at free of cost.)

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 10mm to 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site,all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., (but excluding cost of cement and seigniorage charges). Complete for finished item of work. (Cement will be supplied by the department at free of cost at department stores).

Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using cured FLY ASH BRICKS of size 230 mmx 110 mm x70 mm and 75 kg/cm2 compressive strength including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc., (but Excluding cost of cement and seigniorage charges) Complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site. (Necessary cement will be issued by the department at free of cost).

Plastering with CM (1:4) in 20mm thick for external wall plastering including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges includes cost of curing etc., (but Excluding cost of cement and seigniorage charges) and Complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) as per standard specification including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per MORTH specification 406 (4th revision) for finished item of work.
