AUGMENTATION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM ALONG WITH CONNECTED WORKS AT SIGAR MIL STN

Supply and fix 80 mm bore water pipe galvanized iron medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying 3 layer PP-R pipes of outer dia 75 mm SRD 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot or cold water pipe all PP-R pipes & brass threaded polypropyline random fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/disintigrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for gen set platform of size 3mtr x 2mtr and 0.3mtr below the ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concete in foundations , filling and mass concrete with 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for gen set platform of size 3mtr x 2mtr and 0.45 mtr above the ground level including necessary formwork and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 all around & top, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and connect in XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT underground electric cable, with aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core , 650/1100V Grade, as Per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988, in trenches/ducts/poles /pipes/walls etc. including connecting the cable with the panel boards, DB etc by using suitable size of aluminium thimbles, connectors, cable glands, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

S&F Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
