INTERIOR WORK

Gypsum False Ceiling: Providing and fixing gypsum suspended ceiling, which includes Gyproc surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centers. The suspending G.I intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1220mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.55 thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fastners at every 610mm c/c. Ceiling sections of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610mm centres. 12mm mm tapered edge Gypsum is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment (All G.I channels are Saint-Gobain Gyproc). The 12mm thick saint gobain boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edge of the boards with jointing compound & joint paper tape. Rate shall be inclusive of Cut outs for A/c machines, spot lights, light fixtures, A/C. Grills, fire and security systems cut outs, All Sections should adhere to the manufacturers guidelines. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per drawing.

Clerical Counter for Bank Area : Providing & placing Workstation Table (75 cm wide, 75 cm high) as per architect approved drawing. Frame Work to be finished with 19 mm thick Plywood ( IS 710 Grade, BWP ,Greenply Optima).All outer portion of the table to be finished with 1 mm laminate Sheet (Greenlam HSC) as per drawing. Providing and fixing wall paneling with natural decowood veneer in any design upto ceiling height consisting of 19mm thick marine grade IS 710 BWP plywood framework sections, fixed to walls at the spacing of 40cm centre to centre horizontally and vertically using necessary wooden/metal support, dash fastener, anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and studs. 9mm thick marine grade IS 710 BWP plywood to be fixed on exposed surface. Surface to be finished with 4 mm thick natural veneer with melamine polish of approved make and colour. CIVIL WORK

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
