Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in path/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade (ISI Marked) with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top finished complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour and pattern shall be approved by Eng-in-chrge/AGE(I).

M&L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick M-40 grade (ISI Marked) with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top finished complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour and pattern shall be approved by Eng-in-chrge/AGE(I).

M&L 25mm thick sand filling under paver block incl watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x300 x25mm thick, rubber finished, as in floors laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles and including removal of old materials from site out of A1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.Note: Colour and pattern shall be approved by Eng-in-chrge/AGE(I).

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in CM (1:4) ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer incl 2mm thick wall care putty of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor
